Service Description
During each 30 minute session we will run or walk your dog through a custom workout for them. Depending on their level of fitness and confidence, these may include: Walking, Sprinting, Pace with Resistance, Uphill Walk/Climb. Each session is personalized for your dogs needs.
Cancellation Policy
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for the use of the services provided by This Pup Runs LLC, a Massachusetts-based mobile dog gym that offers treadmill exercise services directly to clients, providing a safe and climate-controlled environment for dogs. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the services provided by This Pup Runs LLC involve physical activity for my dog, which carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or stress to my dog. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities. 1. Acknowledgment of Equipment: I understand that This Pup Runs LLC uses a slatmill, a non-motorized treadmill consisting of slats attached to a free-spinning belt. My dog will be harnessed to the equipment for safety and encouraged to move forward using toys or positive motivation such as clapping and cheering. 2. Health and Fitness: I certify that my dog is in good health and fit to participate in the slatmill exercise services provided by This Pup Runs LLC. I understand that most dogs work out once a week, or possibly twice if they are not running at full speed. I acknowledge that regular exercise can lead to less reactivity, destructiveness, and increased happiness in my dog. 3. Medical Care: In the event of an emergency, I authorize This Pup Runs LLC to seek immediate medical attention for my dog. I understand that I am responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred as a result. 4. Release of Liability: I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless This Pup Runs, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness sustained by my dog during the use of the services provided by This Pup Runs LLC. 5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless This Pup Runs LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to my dog's participation in the services provided by This Pup Runs LLC. 6. Photographs and Media: I authorize This Pup Runs LLC to take photographs and videos of my dog during the sessions for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and advertising materials. 7. Agreement: I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release of liability. I am signing this
